Great hotel, recently redecorated.

Room allocated was separate from the main hotel and smaller than expected.

The location was comfortable, for example, Ahornbahn was within a close distance from the hotel. It was located in an excellent area very close to the mountain, all buses and local mini-train, and Mayrhofen, an excellent base for me.

Great food, staff fulfils all wishes.

Rooms are heated too much for my taste and are difficult to regulate.

I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with extra touches like music in the bathroom and a separate bath and shower. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to two cable cars and the train station. It was great to be able to easily access the ski area and explore the town. The facilities were top-notch, including a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and even a bowling alley. I highly recommend this place for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The staff has always been very attentive and friendly attentive, and the facilities were very good!

Excellent fruit juice, pudding, fresh bread, pastries and cheese at the restaurant for breakfast.

The room was really modern and incredibly spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower and a bidet in the bathroom. Hotel's location was great and fab as it was right next to the train station.

Appetising assortment of pudding, omelette, fruit juice, bread and pastries for breakfast. Stunning, fantastic location in the centre of the town which is perfect.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the staff's friendliness; they greeted me with warm hospitality that did not waver throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a stunning pool, sauna, and a bowling alley. The central location was perfect for me, as I was right in the middle of the action and just a stone's throw from the train station. The breakfast was superb, and I enjoyed the vast variety of food options provided.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We arrived in teeming rain and the excellent concierge organised parking for our car and for all our luggage to be brought into the hotel very swiftly. Mayerhofen's streets are very crowded, and we had been warned that parking could be difficult, so we really appreciated this assistance. Friendly welcome by Receptionist. Language no problem, as her English was fairly fluent. Dining staff efficient and obliging. Good buffets at dinner (we had half board) and breakfast, with a chef to cook to order. There is a beautiful spa which we did not have time to use, as we were merely passing through. All in all, a very good experience.

Everything we needed, a couch and a couch bed. The hotel was perfect. Excellent links with a gondola station nearby.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everywhere. Brilliant place for a holiday. Decent size and recently refurbished room with a living room and a radiator, and exceptional view of the mountains from it.
